Team Staff
Shaun Richardson is the Head Coach for the PA Coalition 15U (2027) Hoop Group Showcase League (HGSL) team. Coach Richardson spent 5 years on the staff of Reading High School as a varsity assistant and head Junior Varsity Coach. During his time on the staff, Reading won the 6A State Championship in 2021 and 2023.
Coach Richardson has coached AAU for nearly 10 years as a Head Coach and assistant at all grade levels from grade school to high school for Reading KTB and Team Final Red. His Reading KTB teams won the AAU World and National Championships in 2021 and 2019 respectively.
Hector (RJ) Dixon is the assistant coach for PA Coalition 15U (2027) Hoop Group Showcase League (HGSL) team. Coach RJ currently is an assistant coach for the Reading HS varsity boys’ team and head coach of the Junior Varsity team.
Coach RJ has AAU experience as a Head Coach and assistant with Reading KTB and assistant with Team Final Red. Coach RJ was a member of the 2017, 6A State Championship Reading HS Boys team and was on the staff of the 2023, 6A State Champion Reading HS Boys team. Coach RJ has played collegiately at Penn State Lehigh Valley and Penn State Berks.
