MVP Process (Mission, Vision, and Core Principles)

Team Pennsylvania is proud to present our Mission, Vision, and Core Principles Process (MVP).  We partnered with a leading local company in the area of developing championship culture for sports teams and programs, Next Play Sports.  Next Play Now President and Owner, Rob Rorke also coaches in our Girls Program.

All players, parents/guardians, and coaches in the club will participate in our MVP process.  This will assist Team PA in developing a championship culture that is consistent throughout the entire club.
