Greg Cavoli Owner and President of Team PA

Greg Cavoli – Owner and President

Greg Cavoli took over Team Pennsylvania in September of 2021 as the Owner and President.  Over the last fifteen years Greg has: coached and trained players at every level, ran the Team PA Board, and currently runs the local grade school travel program.  Greg has enjoyed a 30-year career as the General Manager of Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Central Pennsylvania.  Greg and his wife Andrea, own one of Team PA’s training facilities; The Cavoli Barn.

Taylor Dippery Director of Operations

Taylor Dippery – Director of Operations

Taylor Dippery has been part of Team Pennsylvania for over a decade and is the “motor” that makes the club run.  She has become an expert throughout the AAU Basketball landscape and has played a major role in all club decisions.  Taylor was recruited to play wheelchair basketball at Illinois University and has become a top coach and trainer on the girls-side of the program.  You can see Taylor on the sidelines this coming year coaching our circuit teams in all top tournaments.

Corey Dickerson Executive Director of Player Development and College Placement

Corey Dickerson – Executive Director of Player Development and College Placement

Corey Dickerson has been the top name in Central PA in the areas of player development and college placement.  He has run his own fitness training business and college recruitment company which has brought a high level of expertise to the club in both categories.  Corey’s impact on the players at Team PA has been head-turning and he is a big reason why the club has had so much success.  He was an elite player in Philly at the high school and AAU level.  He played at Kings College where he is a member of their Hall of Fame and still holds the all-time scoring record with over 2000 points.  He then went on to play professional basketball.

Nashon Walker Executive Director of Girls Program and Program Media

Nashon Walker – Executive Director of the Girls Program and Program Media

In 2025, Nashon was named Executive Director or Team PA’s Girls Program.  He has been the catalyst in putting the girls program “on the map” over the last three years and is quickly becoming one of the most influential leaders in the girls AAU Game on the East Coast.  Nashon is also responsible for Team PA’s Social Media Platform, Player Videos, Game Videography, and he plays a lead role in our Recruitment Platform.  As the Founder and President of RecruitMeTV, Nashon has become the lead brand on basketball videography and recruiting for Central Pennsylvania.  From a player development standpoint, Nashon started A2D Training which is now a main component of the ROAD College Prep Academy.  Nashon is co-owner of The ROAD, the proud training partner of Team PA.

 

Lloyd Hill Executive Director of Boys Program

Lloyd “Big Cat” Hill – Executive Director of Boys Program

Lloyd Hill brings to the program several years of directing successful AAU programs, most recently “All In Elite.”   As a resident of Steelton, Lloyd has built a reputation of helping young athletes in the community. His larger-than-life personality, basketball knowledge, and passion for everything he does has attracted the best basketball coaches and players in the area.   Lloyd played Division 1 Football at Saint Francis University.  Lloyd’s arrival to Team Pennsylvania was no doubt a “game changer” for the program.

Daron Dickerson Director of Player Development

Daron Dickerson – Director of Player Development

Team Pennsylvania is blessed to have Coach Daron Dickerson as part of our staff again for 2025.  Daron takes Player Development to another level and continues to make an outstanding impact on so many of our athletes.  His infectious energy combined with his high level of basketball knowledge makes him a top trainer in the area.  Daron played his college basketball at Marywood University where he is still recognized today as a “favorite alumni.”  He also has coaching experience at the High School level locally on both the girls and boys side.  

Kelsey Gallagher Director of Girls Lehigh Valley

Kelsey Gallagher – Director of Girls – Lehigh Valley

Kelsey joins Team Pennsylvania after serving as the Girls Varsity Coach at Emmaus High School from 2017-2024.  She enjoyed a dynamic playing career as an All-State player in High School and an All-American at Bloomsburg University.  Kelsey ranks in the Top-10 all time for points, three-pointers, assists, and steals at Bloomsburg. These accomplishments have led to her being inducted into the East Stroudsburg South High School Hall of Fame, the Lehigh Valley Basketball Hall of Fame, and the Lehigh Valley Sports Hall of Fame.

Shayla Lee Director of Girls Middle School

Shayla Lee – Director of Girls Middle School 

Shayla Lee has been a top coach for Team PA over the last few years and we are excited to welcome her as a Director in 2025.   Shay will be seen this year on the sidelines of both our Middle School and High School Teams.  We are excited to have her in this new role ready to make a larger impact than ever on our female athletes.   Shayla played her College Basketball at Lock Haven University.  This experience has made her a great role model for our young players.  

Luke DePasqua Director of Boys Middle School

Luke DePasqua – Director of Boys Middle School

Luke DePasqua has been a fixture on our boys side of the program the last several years.  He has coached, managed, and organized our Middle School Teams each year.  This has made him a great choice for Boys Middle School Director in 2025.  Luke has excelled with this age group in large part because of his focus on the development of all of his players.  His teams compete at a high level because they are held accountable on the defensive end of the floor.  This makes us extremely excited for the upcoming season.

Julia Cavoli Director of Administration

Rob Rorke – Director of Mental Performance

Having two daughters, Rob has a passion for teaching, and developing the game through the girls side of Team Pennsylvania. He came to Team Pennsylvania because of their commitment to the process of development, and preparing young athletes for success both in sport and life.  Coach Rob brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Team PA in many different areas. He is a NCAA Division 1 Official for the SEC. He can often be seen on TV on the sidelines of a Kentucky basketball game. Rob also runs Next Play Sports which has become the Mental Performance partner with Team PA.

Julia Cavoli Director of Administration

Julia Cavoli – Director of Administration

Julia joins our staff for 2025 in a newly created role to help the club run smoothly behind the scenes, Director of Administration.  With the explosive growth of the club over the last three year, Julia will play an integral part of helping our club succeed.  She is a recent graduate from Goucher College earning a Degree in Business and Minor in Psychology.  In addition, she was a four-year starter on the Goucher Women’s Basketball Team.  During her primary school years, Julia played with Team Pennsylvania every year making her a perfect role model for our young players in the club today.

Cody Deal Director of Boys High School Harrisburg

Cody Deal – Director of Boys High School – Harrisburg

We are excited to bring on Cody Deal in 2025 to work with our High School Teams.  After an accomplished playing career, Cody has been on the sidelines coaching over the last several years.  At Team PA, Cody has worked with both our Middle School and High School Teams making him a great choice to take on a larger leadership role with our club.  Welcome to the staff Cody !

Kenny Jason Jr. – Director of Girls Program – Lancaster-York-Lebanon

Kenny Jason Jr. joined Team PA in 2025 to grow the club in this exciting market.  He is currently the Head Girls Varsity Coach at McCaskey High School and has been a fixture in the basketball community.  Coach Kenny is also the community engagement coordinator at Union Community Care, which is based at Fulton Elementary School. He previously served as the community school director at Fulton, and he was a program coordinator for the Boys and Girls Club of Lancaster.

 

Dwan Lee Board of Directors Member

Dwan Lee – Board of Directors

Dwan Lee has one of the longest and most impressive basketball resumes in Central Pennsylvania.  After graduating from Bishop McDevitt as an accomplished player he went on to play basketball at Kutztown University.  Over the last few decades Coach Lee has amassed over 250 wins on the high school circuit with both the Bishop McDevitt Boys Program and the Harrisburg Girls Program.  He also has experience running his own very successful AAU program.  Perhaps most impressive has been the dozens of young athletes that Coach Lee has helped place at the collegiate level.  The impact that Coach Lee can make on Team PA makes him an obvious addition to help run our program.

Ryan Hill Board of Directors Member

Ryan Hill – Board of Directors

Ryan Hill was a two-time All-State Player at Steelton High School, two-time Big 15 Player, and State Champion MVP.  He then went on to play point guard for four years at Bucknell University.  While at Bucknell he helped lead the Bison to two Patriot League Championships and two NCAA Tournament Appearances.  Ryan has experience coaching at the collegiate level at Franklin and Marshall College.  Today, he is the Head Coach of the Central Dauphin East Boys Basketball Program.  Team PA is very fortunate to have Ryan join the team to help direct our program and mentor our young athletes.
