Kelsey Gallagher joins Team Pennsylvania as the Director of the East for both girl’s Middle school and High School. Kelsey is Thrilled to join the expansion of Team PA, where she looks forward to contributing to the growth of the game in the Lehigh Valley and supporting young athletes in their development both on and off the court. Kelsey joins Team Pennsylvania after serving as the girls Varsity Coach at Emmaus High School from 2017-2024. In addition to coaching, Kelsey was also an All-state player in HS and all- America at Bloomsburg University. Kelsey ranks in the Top-10 all time for points, made three pointers, assists, and steals at Bloomsburg University.
