Schulyer Coles

Schuyler "Skye" Coles is a top prospect throughout the entire Team Pennsylvania Club. She has developed into not only a leader on her very competitive 2024 Select 40 Team, but she is a leader and "face" of Team Pennsylvania. You will not find a player who can help a team more than Skye both off the court and in the locker room.

Fortunately, Skye also leads by example on the floor. While she can play the two or three positions, she is most comfortable leading the team as a point guard. Her high Basketball IQ and vocal leadership make her the type of point guard that all coach's desire. Defensively, Skye has developed into a versatile player who can guard positions one through four. She is typically stronger than her opponent and agile enough to guard quicker players. In addition, she is an outstanding rebounder for her position.

Skye, grew up playing on the playground and can score in many different ways against any type of defender. She is an excellent long-range shooter and led her team with three-point shooting percentage. She is crafty with the ball, has great court-vision, and can get to where she wants to get to on the court. She has an uncanny ability to get the ball to the right player at the right time of the game. However, when the team needs a game-winner, her number is typically being called and she meets the challenge. She really does not have a weakness on the offensive end of the floor.

Skye has developed into a top prospect in state in the 2024 class. The intangibles that she will bring to a team at the next level makes the entire Team Pennsylvania staff extremely excited about this young lady's future.
