Scouting Report

Quick and tenacious is the best way to describe this combo guard. Maura is an extremely athletic player who can often times be the fastest player on the floor. This makes her a very good on-ball defender and she can change the game with the pressure she provides on the opposing team's point guard. Offensively, Maura fits well into an up-tempo style and has proven she can push the ball in the open court and make the right plays in the half-court. She can shoot the three and get by her man making her a dual threat. It will be exciting to watch this player progress this season as she develops into a strong 2026 prospect.

Coach’s Evaluation

We are extremely excited to welcome Maura onto the team this year. She impressed us from day one in practice when she won the first sprint and has not lost one since. This athleticism fits very well into our system on both ends of the floor. She has already proven she can create havoc on the opposing team's guards. Our goal with Maura on the offensive end of the floor is to continue her development as a two-level scorer and confident playmaker.
