About Our Team Pennsylvania Coaches

Team Pennsylvania has the Best Coaches in the Area

Team Pennsylvania prides itself on hiring the best coaches in Central Pennsylvania for both their Boys and Girls Program.  All coaches are recruited, interviewed, and hired by the Team PA Staff.  New coaches start as Assistant Coaches before earning a top spot in our program.  This ensures that all of our coaches share the values of the club.  Team PA coaches join the club because of their love of the game and their desire to work with our athletes.  However, Head Coaching positions are paid positions to help in retaining the very best coaches year after year.  In 2022, Team PA introduced the idea of Intern Coaches.  These positions are offered to former Team PA players.  This should prove to be a great way to build future coaches and keep our coaching bench strong at all times.
